Make room for your ambition
Working for Trip means working for the market leader in the north of the Netherlands. At a dynamic firm that puts personal contact first. With our clients, but also with our colleagues. Lawyers of all sorts, always with one thing in common: a passion for their profession. Colleagues who inspire each other in looking for solutions to what are sometimes complex issues. Who work independently but help each other when needed.
Working for Trip also means working for a firm that has proved itself in providing services at the highest level. This is reflected in an independent survey carried out by the professional journal Incompany. Almost five thousand people who participated in the survey put Trip in eighth place when asked who they consider to be the best service provider. This is a team achievement. But working for Trip means much more.
We still learn something new every day
The fact that you have your diploma in your pocket doesn’t mean that your education is complete. After all, in the legal world you can never stand still. You always have to be up-to-date with the latest legislation and case law in order to be of proper assistance to your client. That’s why at Trip you regularly follow courses to ensure you continue to develop at both a personal and professional level. This applies to us all. And of course, we learn from each other, every day.
We are specialists
To enable us to provide tailor-made quality, Trip’s lawyers work in divisions, each having its own specialisation. They meet on a regular basis to discuss case law, new ideas and cases, meaning that the client always receives personal and objective advice relating to his case that is as complete as possible. With the right advisers at the right place.
More than work alone
There’s more to life than just work. We also organise regular activities with colleagues, for each division, each branch or for the firm as a whole. Dinner, a musical, BBQ, sports day ... you name it! Each year the staff organise a trip abroad that lasts a number of days. We also organise the annual participation of two or three teams in the Groningen 4mijl (Groningen 4 mile run) as well as in other sporting events.
Enterprising lawyers
We are always on the lookout for enterprising lawyers. Do you have the capacity to analyse clearly and a passion for the profession and are you attracted to the north of the Netherlands? Do you stand up for your own ideas while also knowing when to listen to others? Have you got a healthy sense of humour and a strong sense of perspective and do you look forward to getting down to some hard work?
